How long does Stafix® stay on a surface once it has been applied?

Stafix® will adhere to a surface on average three months, depending on how clean and even the surface is. Generally, the cleaner and smoother the surface, the longer it stays. The less Stafix® is moved the longer it stays.

Can Stafix® be printed on both sides?

No, Stafix® cannot be printed on both sides of the film, nevertheless, it can be fully printed on the cardboard backer.

What is the shelf life of printed Stafix®?

If the material is well wrapped and stored in a dry and clean location, one year

Is Stafix® repositionable? How often can it be moved?

Stafix® is re-positionable. Stafix® can be moved multiple times, however, the less it is moved the longer it adheres to the surface.

What surfaces does Stafix® adhere to?

Stafix® adheres to glass, concrete, metal, brick, wood, stone, plastic, generally to any clean and dry surface with the exception of textile. The cleaner and smoother the surface, the better it stays.

Is Stafix® an Indoor or an Outdoor product?

Stafix® is recommended for indoor use.

Can Stafix® be inserted into magazines or envelopes?

Yes, Stafix® can be inserted into magazines in the form of inlets and also can be inserted into envelopes.

Does direct sunlight or heat from the sun affect Stafix®?

No, it does not affect the static adherence of Stafix®. (However, longer exposure to sunlight might make the colors to fade) Inform your printer where you are going to place the printed Stafix® so they can use appropriate inks.

Does humidity affect Stafix®?

Normal indoor humidity does not affect Stafix®. Nevertheless, excessive humidity will cause the edges to curl and the printed Stafix® could fall off the surface.

Does Stafix® adhere on either side of the film?

Yes, Stafix® can be affixed either to the printed or the unprinted side. With the printed side to the window an unprinted border is recommended.

Can Stafix® be perforated or die-cut?

Yes. Stafix® can be die-cut, kiss cut and perforated.

Is Stafix® Recyclable?

Yes. Stafix® film is recyclable, In case the film is incinerated it would not release toxic gases into the atmosphere.

How does Stafix compare in price to similar products?

Stafix is competitively priced compared to vinyl and low tack self-adhesives, but more expensive than paper.  Compared to competitive products, Stafix is much easier to use, easier to clean up and more versatile.

What colours does Stafix® come in?

Stafix® comes in white or clear.

Can I write on to Stafix® film?

Yes, Stafix® is writable and erasable with whiteboard markers. It is also writable with a ballpoint pen
