Stafix® and the Environment:
Unlike traditional stickers, such as PVC and Vinyl, Stafix® is made of 100% recyclable polypropylene (PP) film. The product does not include any harmful chemicals or need glue to attach. It can be recycled together with other plastics and if incinerated Stafix® does not release toxic gas into the environment.
The cardboard backer we use for our Stafix® products is PEFC certified. PEFC stands for "Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification" and means that our supplier guarantees that the wood used is supplied by environmentally, socially responsible and economically viable forestry.
Not only are our products environmentally friendly, but we also try to make a positive impact as a company. Stafix Ltd. was the first company in Central-Finland to be Green Office certified by the WWF. With the help of the Environmental Management System of WWF we are able to reduce office waste and save on material and energy cost at the same time.
