Job Title: Internship Sales & Marketing Spain

Reports to: Account Manager Iberia

Department: Sales

Location: Alicante (Spain)

Date: January 2012

Job Summary:

The position is responsible of assisting the Account manager Iberia with different sales & marketing activities, e.g. screening and following up on key customers and printers, gathering information about new potential customers, updating the CRM system or acting as a back office while the Account Manager is on business trips or out of the office.

Scope of the job:

Ideally the position will start with a 3 month internship. The amount of working days per week or total hours of the internship period has to be determined together with the student depending on the University requisites and his/her available time.

Required Knowledge and experience

Work Experience

Work experience is not a requisite but prior sales and marketing experience are preferred. The company guarantees orientation trainings where good knowledge of the products and sales & marketing strategy is given.

Education

Lower or Higher academic education with preference to business degrees. Important to be currently studying in a University or Business School.

Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills and business knowledge.

-  Good Microsoft office and CRM software skills.

-  Good organization and planning skills.

Language skills: fluent in English.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Assistance (70%):

-       Screening the Spanish market and gathering information about new potential prospects

-       Prospecting new clients

-       Preparing business trips and act as a “back office” while the Account Manager is on business trips or out of the office

-       Updating customer information in the CRM software

Marketing Activities (30%)

-       Translating and helping with the preparation of the monthly website updates, Newsletter and other marketing materials.
