Sales & Marketing Assistant DACH

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant DACH
Reports to: Account Manager DACH
Department: Sales
Location: Vaajakoski

Job Summary
The position is responsible of assisting the Account manager DACH with everyday sales activities, e.g. sending and following up on sample folders, cold calling and updating the CRM system as well as acting as a back office while the Account Manager is on business trips. On a long-term scale the position is responsible of working hand in hand with the Account Manager DACH in order to be able to take over more responsibility step by step and help creating long-term customer relationships.

Scope of the job
Ideally the position will start with a 6 month internship starting from 1.2.2012 with the possibility to continue working for Stafix permanently. The amount of working days per week can be determined separately.
Required Knowledge and experience

Work Experience
Prior sales and marketing experience preferred. The company guarantees an orientation period where good knowledge of the products and the business strategy is given.
Education
Lower or Higher academic education with preference to business degrees.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills and business knowledge. Good Microsoft office and CRM software skills. Good organization and planning skills.
Language skills: fluent in German and English.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales Assistance (70%):

  • Screening the German market and gathering information about new potential prospects
  • Cold calling and prospecting new clients
  • Assist in maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Preparing business trips and act as a “back office” while the Account Manager is on business trips
  • Send offers
  • Prepare shipments
  • Create confirmation of order, packing list and invoice
  • Updating customer information in the CRM software; Above Target

Support Activities (30%)

  • Gathering required sales materials for the sales personnel
  • Translation of documents
  • Sending sample folders and following up on new contacts

Sales & Marketing Assistant - FRANCE

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant FRANCE
Reports to: Account Manager FRANCE
Department: Sales
Location: Vaajakoski, Finland
Date: January 2012

Job Summary

The position is responsible of assisting the Account Manager in charge of the French Market trough several support activities, e.g. by taking in charge some of the PR and marketing tools, screening the market, cold calling and updating the CRM system as well as acting as a back office while the Account Manager is on business trips. On a long-term scale the position is responsible of working hand in hand with the Account Manager FRANCE in order to be able to take over more responsibility step by step and help creating long-term customer relationships.
